Industrial UV Light Service & Water Treatment
Mr. Water Professional Water Treatment also services very large industrial ultraviolet (germicidal) lights. Servicing these high flow extra heavy duty disinfection units requires experience and special parts and supplies. Bottled water and beverage plants are increasingly using this cost effective and reliable method of treating water for their products. A properly serviced and maintained industrial UV light can last for 20-30 years or longer. Many upgrades for these lights are available such as replacing old magnetic ballasts with new more efficient electronic ballasts, more durable control panel cooling fans, and better 254nm bulbs.

This is an Aquafine RBE-20/R60 industrial ultraviolet light we service for the Coca Cola Bottling Company in Baltimore, Maryland 21205. The picture on the left is the front of this 520gpm UV light with all 20 of the 60 inch bulbs showing fully lit and operational after our partial rebuild. The picture on the right is both monitoring control panels open during servicing; we replaced several of the ballasts, replaced a couple of the cooling fans, and calibrated both cylinder A and cylinder B.
